Our Payment Policy:
Individualized services must are paid in advance.
Seminars are paid at least 2 weeks in advance.
Book payment must be made prior to delivery of the book.
Web-based classrooms - pay prior to participating in the class.
Pay online using one of several secure payment services or mail a check.)

My hourly rate is $45.00 per hour in advance; unused quarter hours are returned at $11.00 per quarter hour. during the the first 15 minutes, you may simply say that you are not interested in receiving services and 100% of your deposit will be refunded. No refunds for hourly services provided after the first 15 minutes. Unused paid time is prorated at $11.00 per hour.
- Resumes
You may request a full refund if you feel that we are unable to provide you with a resume that you feel will be effective. In order to receive a full refund you must return all electronic and paper copies of the resumes that have been sent to you and you must not have submitted a resume to an employer and must not submit any of our resumes to an employer - ever.

- You may request a full refund within 60 days of a book purchase.
- Online Classroom Training
- In order to receive a refund all of the following factors must be in place
- You did not finish the course
- You did not receive a certificate of completion
- You decide the material in the course cannot meet your needs

Let's keep this very simple: any information we collect from you will not be divulged to any other business, agency, or entity.
We use third party entities to handle financial transactions. Any entity that we use in that fashion is an experienced, safe and secure, website payment business. If you feel uncomfortable paying online, you may send a check or money order.
